Mark Fitzgerald is a founding partner of Springboard Search Group. His experiences as a corporate lawyer, entrepreneur, and recruiter have all help shape his ability to place attorneys at all levels in both law firm and in-house positions.
Mark enjoys being a trusted adviser to both his clients and candidates. He listens deeply to his clients and candidates to find the ideal match between an attorney and an organization, and his experience as a practicing attorney and business owner gives him valuable insight into both sides of this matchmaking process. Mark’s deepest satisfaction is in helping attorneys to find their dream job, and assisting organizations to grow and prosper by finding the right candidates.
Mark received his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Brown University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Before becoming a recruiter, Mark was a corporate associate in the New York offices of Kirkland & Ellis and Torys. In his free time, Mark enjoys cooking and having “movie night” with his wife and three daughters.
